Subclass 186 – Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS)

To be eligible for this visa, you:

• Have been nominated by an eligible Australian employer and the employer’s nomination has been approved;
• Are less than 45 years of age at the time of visa application;
• Have at least Competent English at the time of visa application;
• Have a positive valid skills assessment from the relevant skills assessing authority in Australia;
• Have at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification work experience
• Meet the health and character requirements.

Subclass 187 – Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS)

To be eligible for this visa, you:

• Have been nominated by the eligible Australian employer. The location of the nominating business of the employer can be anywhere in Australia except Brisbane and Gold Coast in Queensland, Sydney, Wollongong and New Castle in NSW, Melbourne metropolitan area in Victoria, and Perth and surrounding area in WA.
• Are less than 45 years of age at the time of visa application;
• Have at least Competent English at the time of visa application;
• Have the required skills and qualifications for the position you have been nominated for.
• Meet the health and character requirements.

Subclass 494 – Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa – SESR visa

To be eligible for this visa, you, at the time of visa application:

• Have been nominated by your employer, who is located anywhere in Australia except Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.
• Must have an occupation that is on the relevant occupation list and have a valid and positive skills assessment for that occupation
• Must have Competent English (link to competent English)
• Must have a minimum of three years of full time and relevant skilled work experience
• Must be under 45 years of age.
• Must be of good character

Subclass 191 – Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) visa

To be eligible for this visa, you, at the time of visa application

• Have worked for a minimum of 3 years on 494 visa in the designated regional area (anywhere in Australia except Melbourne Sydney and Brisbane)
• Have earned at least $53,900 annually for 3 years.

This visa will be available to apply for from 16 November 2022
